Looking for Manager / AGM - Bid Manager for Electronic Security System with one of the Security service Industry based at Delhi Location.
- Create and execute business development strategy.
- Map the market & opportunities at each region and plan sales strategy for the team.
- Ensure effective pipeline at all-time corresponding to AOP targets.
- Execute the sales & business development efforts by entire team
- To respond for RFPs & Gathering competitive output, to evaluate relevant tenders
- To identify new strategic partnership opportunities with Experience in expanding business opportunities within existing accounts for cultivating new business opportunities
- To plan for new business opportunities
- Should be well versed for conducting requirement surveys, report making, presentation making on the solution proposed
- Negotiate and close partnership in a structured manner in order to achieve and exceed objectives.
- Work out new solutions as per client / market requirement.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key partners at every level, successfully handled multiple Pan-India RFPs across sectors.
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure all technical and commercial requirements are met.
- Assisting and managing site visits for site survey and risk assessment.
Actively supporting the sales team in RFP preparation and timely submissions.
- Work on large value cases along with CTO, both internal & external
- Co-ordinate with Head-Marketing, Fire, MG, Cyber and other sales team members for Technical Business Development
- Market the SLA based integrated technical solutions to customers.
Educational Qualifications
- Should possess exceptional verbal, written communication & presentation skills in selling Candidates with exceptional knowledge about new/upcoming Technology on security Educational
- Qualification: UG (any technical) + MBA
- Preparing PPT presentations, Excel costing and other data as required
- Tender / RFP handling. Well versed with govt. purchase procedures, GeMs etc.
