Assistant Finance Controller - Plant - CA/ICWA

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Finance Controller to join our team at our Cheyyar manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Works Accountant (CWA) qualification and 10+ years of post-qualification experience. This role will support the Finance Controller in managing the financial operations of the plant including forecasting, month close, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to the overall financial strategy of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of monthly / quarterly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.

- Support the Finance Controller in managing the financial operation.

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.

- Oversee the implementation of financial controls and procedures.

- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

- Experience of using HFM and OneStreame reporting tool is preferred, although not must.
