Job Description:

Preparation of IGAAP financials:

- Annual Group Reporting for December 31st (including plant wise financials, & entity level financials)

- Preparation of annual financials with detailed notes to accounts for March 31st

- Annual Statutory audit of March 31st (including plant wise financials & entity level financials)

- Preparation of Quarterly Consolidated financial statements under Indian GAAP as required by SEBI

- Other audit support on schedule-follow-up

- BS & PL Variances for Gurgaon office

- Accounts Reconciliations

- MSME interest calculation

- Coordination with other FM legal entities for completion of audit and handling audit issues raised by the auditors

- Annual report preparation related activities

- XBRL Activities

MIS:

- Monthly P/L & Balance Sheet load

Tax Support:

- Assist tax team in providing financial information for completion of assessment proceedings

- Provide complete financial information for Calculation of advance income tax

- Consolidation of form 3CD and Form 3CEB

- Furnishing data for tax true up and transfer pricing

Miscellaneous:

- Providing financial data for other requirements for legal-RBI surveys, SEBI, MCA etc.
