We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented leader to join us as AD / Director / VP - Business & Brand, focused on user engagement, marketing, and retention for our portfolio of reputable B2C clients. This is a high-impact leadership role designed for someone who can craft and own the vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for maximizing user engagement, improving key retention metrics, and building a loyal, thriving user community.
As a senior leader, you will be responsible for building and scaling a centralized campaign operations team, managing multi-channel lifecycle campaigns, and ensuring seamless execution of all engagement initiatives. Your strategies will directly impact customer loyalty, lifetime value, and overall brand affinity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the overall user engagement and retention strategy, aligning with business goals.
- Lead and grow a centralized campaign operations team, ensuring timely and effective campaign execution.
- Leverage data and insights to segment users, optimize touchpoints, and personalize communication across channels-email, push, in-app, and more.
- Collaborate closely with product, brand, analytics, and CX teams to drive cohesive user experiences.
- Continuously monitor engagement metrics, identify gaps, and implement strategies to drive improvement.
- Build a strong feedback loop from users to inform product and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in user engagement, CRM, or retention roles within B2C product-based companies.
- Proven track record of leading teams, owning KPIs, and delivering measurable results.
- Strong analytical mindset, with a passion for data-led decision-making and user-centric thinking.
