What are we looking for:
Exp Range : 10-12 yrs
Education : MBA from Top tier institutes (preferred)
Location: Gurgaon (only)
The competency is bifurcated under 4 verticals, Healthcare, Industrial, Retail/CPG and Financial Services
Focus on hiring will be Retail/CPG
- Assistant Director (Senior Manager) will be responsible for development and execution of growth strategies and disruptive business models for clients
- While the VB client team will be operating out of US office, the GDS India is being built and piloting in offshore operations
- The role would focus on bring in new business/ventures rather than expansion of existing business, therefore, candidates with client facing experience in mandatory
- Role also involves the individual to be working on GTM strategy , increasing revenue, building new businesses and scale up business in terms on revenue & team but not essentially a Venture builder or Corp Strategy professional
Managed large team size (100+)
Compensation bracket: Upto 70 LPA (fixed)
