Assistant Director - Value Creation - Consulting Firm

Experience & Qualification:

- MBA / CA from a reputed institution

- 11-15 years of relevant professional experience

- Prior experience in consulting is mandatory

- Exposure to Private Equity portfolio companies is mandatory

Role Overview:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Director - Value Creation to support Private Equity investors and portfolio companies in driving sustainable value creation initiatives.

- The role involves identifying and executing operational and strategic improvement opportunities across the investment lifecycle, with a strong focus on EBITDA enhancement, cost optimization, revenue acceleration, and performance transformation.

- The successful candidate will work closely with investment teams, portfolio company leadership, and functional stakeholders to develop and implement value creation programs that deliver measurable business impact.
