Functional Skills : The candidate should : - Have developed and executed communication strategies and programs&nbsp;across multiple media to promote brand equity/awareness and support&nbsp;product objectives - Be able to develop briefs for creatives and external marketing vendors - Be adept at making marketing plans and budgets basis an integrated&nbsp;marketing approach - Have strong acumen for research and content development - Be conversant with communication strategies for online/social media - Be conversant with printing of collaterals and display - Have experience in managing and organizing events of different&nbsp;proportions - Be able to track, measure and communicate results of branding &amp;&nbsp;communication efforts - Be able to develop a national vendor pool of digital and offset printers,&nbsp;merchandisers and fabricators, display material, event agencies etc. - Knowledge of video scripting, production and editing will be a plus. The person should have : - Min. 10 years of holistic Marcom experience - Experience across the Communications value chain - Branding,&nbsp;Promotions, Website and Social Media Management, Events etc - The Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Above par negotiation skills - Extrovert with good inter-personal skills - Should be willing to travel extensively
