Lead quality management and data stewardship initiatives. - Architecture Leadership: Define and evolve modern data architectures spanning data lakes, warehouses, and real-time data streaming solutions leveraging technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and Kafka. - Marketing Technology Enablement: Architect data solutions that seamlessly integrate marketing technology platforms and commercial analytics tools (e.g., CDPs, MMM, ProfitSphere) tailored for the CPG/FMCG sector. - Hands-On Architectural Guidance: Act as a technical thought leader, influencing design decisions, ensuring alignment with the long-term architectural roadmap, and embedding data-driven practices across the organization. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, and IT teams to consolidate data sources into a unified, enterprise-grade warehouse and deliver measurable business value. - Cloud Optimization: Lead cloud data migrations, optimize data flows and pipelines for scalability and cost efficiency, manage metadata repositories, data catalogs, and ensure robust observability and monitoring. - AI/ML Enablement: Drive initiatives to operationalize machine learning and AI-based analytics for personalization, predictive modeling, and demand forecasting.
