Qualifications: - 9+ years of experience required - Minimum 7+ years of experience in Strategy and Transformation, encompassing the value chain in New Energies/Energy Transition - Proven expertise in Renewables, including storage, hydrogen, EVs, and related areas - Strong understanding of the domain, coupled with robust analytical and financial modeling skills - Proficient interpersonal skills for managing internal and external stakeholders Responsibilities: - Lead projects and initiatives centered on strategy and transformation within New Energies/Energy Transition - Utilize expertise in Renewables to drive innovation and excellence in project delivery - Develop a comprehensive understanding of the domain and establish strategies based on analytical insights - Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively, ensuring seamless collaboration and understanding - Contribute to thought leadership within the organization through valuable insights and expertise in the renewable energy space Skills Desired: - Strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management - Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools - Excellent communication skills for presentations and collaboration - Background in consulting or a strong academic foundation in relevant fields - Expertise in Microsoft Office suite for reporting and presentations
