Assistant Deputy Manager - Finance Risk & Quality Assurance

We're looking for a Finance Risk Professional to ensure risks are identified early, controls are strong, and finance operations run flawlessly.

Independently monitor risks through dashboards and early-warning indicators

- Design and own preventive controls across O2C, Payroll & AP

- Embed quality checks into workflows to avoid errors upfront

- Drive governance, compliance, and defect reduction

- Build a proactive risk culture

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar

- 8-10 years experience, with 4-6 years in Risk, Controls, QA or Internal Audit

- Comfortable working from office in night coverage

- Strong knowledge of Financial Process - O2C, AP,etc

- Advanced Excel, strong analytical and communication skills Power BI, Copilot
