Assistant Deputy Manager - Finance - Consulting Firm - CA

- Manage monthly finance close process ensuring all cost incurred are properly recorded. Balance sheet reconciliations.

- Ensure all the accounting policies and procedures are reviewed timely.

- Participate in projects that upgrade SAP implementation.

- Ensure compliance with internal control policies.

- Evaluates and make appropriate improvements to internal controls and accounting process ensuring practices are in line with the goals of the organisation.

- Prepare financial statements as per I-GAAP / IND AS or IFRS.

- Prepare notes to accounts for Statutory audit, Tax audit and transfer pricing. Lead statutory audits and internal audit.

- Collaborate with Internal/external auditors on audit to ensure timely audit closure.

- To identify issues reported in audit and take corrective actions as required.

- To ensure group reporting package within deadline.

- Lead IFRS/ group audit.

- Manage fixed asset capitalisation and depreciation.

- Works with treasury, tax for appropriate entries.

- Assist in income tax assessments, transfer pricing and litigations.
