Their primary duties and responsibilities include :
- Developing and implementing digital brand strategies to achieve business goals
- Managing the brand's online presence and enhancing its visibility and reputation
- Working closely with the marketing team to design and execute online campaigns
- Monitoring and analyzing brand performance on digital platforms
- Engaging with customers and potential customers through social media, email marketing, and other online platforms
- Collaborating with designers and content creators to produce engaging and visually appealing content
- Utilizing SEO techniques to improve brand visibility and drive web traffic
- Coordinating with sales and product teams to ensure brand consistency
- Staying up-to-date with latest industry trends and competitor activities
- Reporting on the performance of online marketing campaigns and making necessary adjustments for optimization .
