We are looking for a seasoned Team Lead - Sales (AGM/DGM level) for a leading residential real estate developer in NCR.
The role requires a strong blend of:
- Residential real estate sales expertise
- Team leadership capabilities
- HNI client handling
- Strong closure and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of the NCR real estate market
Candidate Profile:-
- Experience: 8+ Years
- Location: Gurgaon
- Experience with leading Real estate developers managing sales of premium residential projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving end-to-end sales and revenue generation
- Leading and mentoring a high-performance sales team
- Managing client relationships and high-value closures
- Working closely with marketing, CRM, finance, and legal teams
- Tracking market trends and competitor intelligence
Ideal candidates should have:
- Proven success in target-driven sales environments
- Experience handling team performance and conversions
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Existing network of channel partners and clients in NCR real estate
