AGM/DGM- Finance & Accounts

Job Description :

- Financial Strategy & Planning : Partnering with CFO to drive long-term business goals

- Accounting & Compliance : Overseeing the comete accounting function with proper processes and controls in place. Preparation of balance sheets, P&L statements, and ensuring strict compliance with local and global regulations

- Budgeting & Forecasting : Prepare the annual budgeting / operating plan. Managing cash flows and monitor departmental performance.

- SAP Expertise - MUST. Complete end to end understanding of SAP Modules and hands on resolving issues regarding Costing, Accounting, MIS Reports and adding value for enhancements

- Treasury & Banking : Oversee fund management, optimize working capital, and maintain strong banking relationships

- Statutory Compliance : Ensure strict adherence to accounting standards (IndAS/IFRS), corporate laws, and SEBI regulations.

- Tax Management : Direct direct and indirect tax planning, compliance, and assessments.

- Audit Management : Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure clean, timely financial closures.

- MIS : MIS is the core and MUST & Candidate has to implement and ensure timely reporting - daily, weekly and Monthly like Cash Flows, Financials and Other Reports etc.

Team Leadership and cohesive approach :

- Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of finance and accounting professionals to ensure operational excellence across the organization and prepare them to rise the ladder.

- Candidate must be cohesive and humble yet firm and derive the results from team by guiding them.

- High inter-personal skills required to get along will all in other departments and address their concerns. Avoid escalations.

Go Getter and Proactive :

- Keeping track of each of the activities all across the department and organization and proactively track, follow up and address or escalate to CFO.

- Closing things and tasks has to be the approach with no pendency.
