We are currently hiring for a leading D2C brand in the women's wellness and hygiene space. The company is dedicated to transforming personal care through thoughtful design and they are looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience in development and execution of category strategies that drive growth, profitability, and market share.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about consumer insights, product performance, and brand building.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support in creating and executing annual category plans using market insights and competitive analysis.
- Monitor sales, margins, and inventory, and prepare clear dashboards with actionable insights.
- Coordinate new product launches and manage existing SKUs through data-driven decisions.
- Work with marketing to run category campaigns and derive insights from consumer and market data.
Requirements:
- 23 years of experience in category management, brand management, merchandising, or business analysis (FMCG, retail, or D2C experience preferred).
- MBA preferred.
