Key Responsibilities:
Business Operations & Performance:
- Support the Business Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring business initiatives
- Track business performance metrics, prepare MIS reports, and share insights with leadership
- Assist in setting targets, monitoring progress, and identifying performance gaps
Client & Stakeholder Coordination:
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Support client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management
- Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, and support teams to ensure timely execution
Planning & Execution Support:
- Assist in preparing business plans, proposals, presentations, and reviews
- Support execution of growth, retention, and operational improvement initiatives
- Ensure timelines, deliverables, and commitments are met
Process & Documentation:
- Help streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
- Maintain business documentation, reports, and records
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and business guidelines
Market & Business Support:
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
- Support pricing, commercial discussions, and business negotiations
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and expansion areas
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in business operations, sales support, account management, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of business operations and performance tracking
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and reports
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- High ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset
