Assistant Brand Manager/Brand Manager - D2C/Personal Care/Beauty/Cosmetic

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for driving business topline and bottom-line targets for certain product segments.

- Driving NPD processes delivering new products as per the NPD pipeline.

- Developing communications for Hair care, Hair colors, Oils, powders, shampoo product categories.

- Liaise with in-house cross functional teams and creative agencies to deliver on the planned tasks.

- Data Analysis - Internal Sales data, Nielsen data.

- Conducting brand and product research.

- Coordinating with the suppliers, ad agency, media agency, event managers, market research firm, salespeople, etc.

- Adept in market communication, image & brand building, training, leading, growing, and managing professional associates.

COMPETENCIES - MUST HAVE:

- Should have experience of consumer goods brands, preferably cosmetics brands.

- Understanding of NPD process in consumer goods.

- Understanding of broad commercials for brand P&L purposes.

- Should have liaised with professional research and creative agencies.

- New Product & Packaging Development.
