- Focus on client acquisition, retention and relationship management.

- Support customers with suitable financial planning and wealth management solutions.

- Monitor team performance, productivity and target achievement.

- Ensure regular training and capability development of team members.

- Drive local market initiatives, referral programs and business development activities.

- Ensure smooth day-to-day team operations and administration.

- Maintain high levels of regulatory compliance and risk management.

- Build a proactive, sales-driven and engaged team while minimizing attrition.

What We Are Looking For:

- Mainly candidates from Agency life insurance or direct sales also fine.

- Also experience in sales, financial services, wealth management or distribution can apply.
