Benchire is looking to hire an Assistant Accounting Manager with India GAAP/US GAAP and Zoho Accounting Software knowledge for a US based Fintech, having its office in Gurgaon. Job Description : - Managing month-end close activities related to Revenue recognition timely and with accuracy. - Working with the US and India Office on Accounting - US GAAP / India GAAP - Hands-on experience on Accounting Software such as - Quickbooks, Zoho Books, Tally - Assisting in documenting general and order specific terms. - Assisting in the first review of various monthly and quarterly MIS reports related to billing and revenue. - Helping the AR team in billings and collections whenever required. - Liaising with AR on any open issues related to payment which impacts revenue recognition. - Assisting the Senior Manager of Revenue with ancillary tasks assigned from time to time. - Prepare monthly and quarterly India GAAP and US GAAP financial statements including cash flow statement - Assist with preparing annual India GAAP and US GAAP financial statements and footnotes disclosures - Revenue Accruals under GAAP/IFRS revenue recognition principles - Fee Reserve Analysis - Revenue Adjustments and Intercompany Revenue - Account Reconciliations & Certifications - Accounts Receivable; Billed and Unbilled (including aging's) - Monitoring & Processing of Client Concessions / Revenue Reversals Qualifications - MBA with 5-8 years' relevant experience in a multinational or other big corporate house - Ability to understand and effectively apply technical accounting guidance for Revenue Recognition as it relates to revenue arrangements; - Excellent verbal, written and listening skills, as well as the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of staff; - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible to change. - Hands-on Experience with QuickBooks, Zoho Accounting, Zoho Books, Tally - Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks
