- Support due diligence, structuring, and documentation for new investments, exits, and refinancing transactions as needed.
- Identify and drive value-creation and risk-mitigation initiatives across assets, including cost optimisation, sales strategy inputs, and timeline acceleration.

- Strong understanding of real estate project finance, cash flow modelling, and return metrics (IRR, equity multiple, DSCR, etc.).
- Working knowledge of RERA, real estate documentation, loan/escrow structures, and standard industry compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of managing external stakeholders - developers, lenders, contractors - with strong commercial judgement.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/financial modelling; comfort working with data-heavy reporting and dashboards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare investment committee-ready reports and presentations.
- Ability to work independently in a lean and fast-paced environment with an ownership mindset.
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits as required by the portfolio.
