Asset Management Specialist - FinTech

Location: Mumbai.

Performance Analyst - Key Responsibilities:

- Check and validate daily performance of all portfolios.

- Handle month-end tasks to finalize performance reports and prepare client reports.

- Understand different return calculation methods and spot errors.

- Maintain composites as per GIPS rules.

- Compare account returns with benchmarks to ensure accuracy.

- Answer queries from internal and external teams about performance, attribution, and risk.

- Work with Portfolio Admin and Client Services to provide data for marketing, DDQs, and RFPs.

- Coordinate with the Risk team to keep data and analysis consistent.

- Contribute to FinTech projects to automate manual processes.

Key Skills Needed:

- Experience in performance measurement and attribution for equity and fixed income portfolios.

- Knowledge of return calculation methods, portfolio risk statistics, and GIPS.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

- Strong communication skills and ability to build good working relationships.

- Analytical skills to handle complex data and draw clear conclusions.

- Interest in FinTech tools and automation.

- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
