Function - Asset Management
Location: Corporate Office (HO), Mumbai
Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer
Role Summary :
We are looking for a senior asset management professional to oversee the performance of our hotel portfolio. The role will be responsible for managing and guiding on-ground Asset Managers, driving financial performance, and ensuring alignment between ownership objectives and hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee financial and operational performance across all hotel assets.
- Review budgets, forecasts, and business plans; drive EBITDA and profitability improvement.
- Guide Asset Managers and ensure consistency in reporting, analysis, and governance.
- Evaluate revenue strategies, sales & marketing effectiveness, and market positioning.
- Monitor capex plans, refurbishment initiatives, and overall asset condition.
- Drive cost optimization, working capital efficiency, and financial discipline.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and brand standards.
- Provide portfolio-level insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Candidate Profile :
- Relevant experience in hospitality asset management / hotel operations / finance.
- Experience in managing multiple properties or portfolio-level responsibilities preferred.
- Strong understanding of hotel financials, KPIs (RevPAR, ADR, GOP, EBITDA), and owner-operator dynamics.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
