Job Description: Vice President of Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Lead, motivate, and manage high-performing sales teams to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to address them.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Establish and track key performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition, and sales team performance, and provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Identify, recruit, and develop top sales talent to ensure the sales team is equipped to meet business objectives.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings through effective relationship management and issue resolution.
- Achieve annual sales revenue growth targets & ensure sales teams meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Key requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage high-performing sales teams.
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market, including trends, competitors, and customer needs.
