Asset Control Consultant - Asset Management

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute comprehensive asset tracking protocols to ensure 100% inventory accuracy across all business units, mitigating the risk of loss or unauthorized usage.

- Partner with procurement and finance departments to reconcile asset registers with financial records, ensuring seamless reporting and accurate depreciation schedules.

- Lead periodic physical and digital audits to identify discrepancies, providing actionable recommendations to leadership for process improvements and cost recovery.

- Develop and maintain standardized documentation and control policies to streamline asset onboarding and offboarding, enhancing operational efficiency for internal teams.

- Analyze asset utilization data to identify underperforming resources, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions regarding asset reallocation or divestment.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in asset management software and ERP systems, coupled with a strong analytical mindset to interpret complex financial data and inventory trends.

- Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate audit findings and policy changes to diverse stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and organizational compliance.

- Possess a structured approach to problem-solving, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

- Hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, complemented by a proven ability to translate technical asset data into clear, strategic narratives for senior management.
