
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive asset tracking protocols to ensure 100% inventory accuracy across all business units, mitigating the risk of loss or unauthorized usage.
- Partner with procurement and finance departments to reconcile asset registers with financial records, ensuring seamless reporting and accurate depreciation schedules.
- Lead periodic physical and digital audits to identify discrepancies, providing actionable recommendations to leadership for process improvements and cost recovery.
- Develop and maintain standardized documentation and control policies to streamline asset onboarding and offboarding, enhancing operational efficiency for internal teams.
- Analyze asset utilization data to identify underperforming resources, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions regarding asset reallocation or divestment.
