Asset & Portfolio Management Analyst

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to support the strategic, financial, and operational management of a diversified retail and mixed-use real estate portfolio, including operational assets and development-stage projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and update annual business plans, operating budgets, and quarterly performance reports

- Analyze asset performance versus underwriting (NOI, IRR, equity multiple) and identify key variances

- Maintain and update Excel-based financial models incorporating cash flows, leasing assumptions, capex, and sensitivities

- Support investor reporting, dashboards, and Investment Committee presentations

- Assist with asset valuations, refinancing, dispositions, and JV-related initiatives

- Track portfolio KPIs and conduct benchmarking and market research

Required Experience & Skills:

- 2-5 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, or investment banking

- Strong financial modeling skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

- Exposure to commercial real estate; retail or mixed-use experience preferred

- High attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills

- Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Qualifications:

- MBA, CA, or CFA Level I preferred
