Roles and Responsibilities: - Understand in details the resolutions depart to connect them towards common business outcome. - Functions as a liaison to other departments (internal and external) in order to resolve, analyze, track and manage the customer complaints and incidents. - Ensure the complaints process runs smoothly from beginning to end, including reviewing workload on a day to day basis, identifying and dealing with any delays in the system and reviewing/improving any quality issues for example the quality of final responses. - Acts as a subject matter expert in the development of resolution framework, develop work plans requiring complete documentation, effectively monitoring the deliverables and expectations in line with business requirements. - Work with the Senior and Middle Management to evolve, run and maintain a solid, value adding Business Architecture to effectively support business strategy. - Apply and utilize business-modelling methods to help identify gaps in department capabilities that can be linked to existing projects and initiatives. - Evaluates and presents information that will facilitate effective and timely decision-making through written and oral communication materials that effectively summarize findings with solutions. - Capture the tactical and strategic business goals that provide traceability through the department and are mapped to existing KPIs. - Capture the relationships among roles and capabilities among sub departments and external vendors and create effective workflows to improve overall efficiencies. - Identifying and delivering training needs within customer care sub departments. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Utilities experience is a must, preferable experience will be in water sector. - Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Master preferred. - 20+ years demonstrated experience helping organizations design or implement effective strategy within Utility Companies. - Mastery with Customer Resolution. - An in-depth understanding of Data quality tooling and framework approaches. - Comfortable with direct exposure to executive stakeholders, board members, and regulators - Executing on projects with an Agile delivery methodology - Ability to work both as an individual contributor and collaboratively in a multi teams environment. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, BI and Access. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Highly productive working under pressure and within time constraints. - A creative and agile approach to workplace challenges creative and agile approach to Other desired skills: - A broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes and capabilities. - Proven experience to recognize inconsistencies among the project within the organization, functional interdependencies and cross-silo redundancies. - Experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques.
