Job Description : Aspect Ratio is rapidly expanding in the space of Data Science and we're looking for experienced candidates to be part of our Data Science team. The position requires you to be comfortable working with large datasets and in-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms. Areas of delivery for the team include : - Use transaction-level datasets to answer business questions - Build models to drive business decisions - Automate existing processes to drive efficiency Responsibilities of the individual include : - Structure an ambiguous business problem and devise a mathematical and/or programming solution - Execute the solution in the best possible tool or platform - Dive deep into data, analyze and discover patterns/ causes - Design robust and scalable algorithms Requirements : Qualification : 4 year Engineering degree. An MBA or any specialized coursework in Analytics is a plus. Work experience in Pharma/Healthcare is advantageous but not mandatory. Experience : 1-3 years of experience working with large datasets using MS Excel, SQL/SAS and designing machine learning solutions using Python/R.
