Role Overview

Ecoste is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead qualified lead acquisition, optimize the buyer journey, and strengthen brand presence across digital and offline channels. This role will primarily focus on the GHB Vertical, driving impactful campaigns, trust-building initiatives, and digital innovation to accelerate sales growth and brand advocacy.


Role and Responsibility

Lead Generation & Campaign Management GHB Vertical:

- Design and execute a minimum of 2 targeted B2B campaigns weekly (Email, WhatsApp,

LinkedIn, etc.) to generate 100+ qualified builder leads per week.

- Launch and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns (InMails, posts, connection requests,

content shares) to engage high-value prospects.

- Execute paid media campaigns across Google, Instagram, and YouTube for builder-focused solutions (WPC Grille, Lamora & Metamask).

- Drive leads through CREDAI sponsorships, city chapter events, and industry networking.

- Build strategic relationships with Top 100 Architects and secure opportunities for product presentations.

Lead Generation & Conversion (KPI):

- Optimize the buyer journey to shorten sales cycles.

- Develop stage-wise communication flows to move prospects customers repeat buyers brand

advocates.

- Create impactful sales collaterals, offers, and MCBs (marketing communication briefs) to

maximize conversions.

Trust Acceleration:

- Produce engaging product videos to highlight new applications and innovations.


- Run Metamask YouTube & Instagram campaigns to build trust and brand credibility.

- Publish testimonials, site photos, and case study videos for cross-channel usage.

- Create coffee table books, project documentation, and magazines (3x/year) to reinforce

authority in the industry.

- Launch a bi-monthly podcast with real estate developers & subject matter experts, and produce 2 marketing/productivity videos monthly.

- Maintain a strong social media presence, including daily posts and WhatsApp updates to

support lead generation and brand trust.

Organic Presence & SEO:

- Develop new landing pages for product lines and improve website trust-building elements.

- Implement SEO strategies to rank for industry-relevant keywords and enhance online visibility.


MIS & Reporting:

- Create and maintain detailed MIS dashboards with predefined KPIs.

- Deliver clear and actionable campaign performance reports for management review.

- Achievement of weekly builder lead generation targets.

- Improvement in lead-to-conversion ratio and reduction of sales cycle time.

- Engagement and reach across digital campaigns (organic & paid).


- Delivery of trust-building content (videos, podcasts, magazines, testimonials).

- Growth in SEO performance and website traffic.

- Accuracy and timeliness of MIS reports.


Desired Skills & Qualifications


- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).


- 3-6 years of proven experience in lead generation, campaign management, and digital

marketing.

- Strong expertise in B2B marketing, paid media, and SEO.

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn campaigns, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube

marketing.

- Strong content creation & storytelling abilities for brand trust and engagement.

- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and MIS skills.


- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with measurable results.
