- Understanding of specific sector(s). - Study the cash flow and revenue analysis, balance sheets that create and support price targets and potential return analysis that forms the basis of a high quality investment decision for HNI. - Carry out "top-down" technique of developing an industry peer group to provide material support to findings and projections. - Understanding and Communication skill to conduct portfolio review with clients. - To strengthen the organizations PMS business in line with the investment philosophy of the organization. - Develop expertise in asset allocation, equity analysis and valuations across the spectrum of equity markets - To make decisions about investment mix and policy, matching investments to objectives, asset allocation for individuals and institutions, and balancing risk against performance To be Eligible for this role, you require to be: - MBA (Finance) from premier B-schools and/or CA/CFA-USA - 10 to 15years of work experience. - Experience in a mainstream Institutional Equity Broking/Securities firm in the Equity Research / PMS team - Handled Mid Cap Business size - Good to have someone with Capital Goods sector experience - Exposure to rigorous research based investment decision making process - Exposure & understanding of multiple sectors in the equity market. - Experience in Strategic/Corporate Planning or Finance - Team of a reputed Company in the same Sector/Industry or a Ratings Company/Financial Institution. - Financial Forecasting and Modeling of Company - Financials & Balance Sheets - Valuation Techniques.(Ratio analysis, Earnings, Revenue and Cash-flow Projections and Guidance) Risk Analysis, - Growth analysis, Entry Barriers, Technological Factors and Business Outlook to establish sound Equity Valuations. - Strong domain knowledge in equity research with an ability to value stocks.
