JOB PROFILE:  - Implementation of Ind Accounting Standards notified by the MCA, in APL and its Indian subsidiaries and JVs.  - Part of the team to design the processes required to establish adequacy and effectiveness of Internal Financial Controls as required by Companies Act 2013.  - Continuous monitoring of the developments in Accounting and Reporting domain and update the Corporate Accounts/finance group on the impact of the same.  - Identifying and working on IT Automation initiatives for bringing efficiency and accuracy in monthly reporting process.  - Part of the team working on product profitability in APL. To work on the profitability reporting during the stabilization period post implementation.  - Financial analysis of Overhead costs to identify the avenues for cost optimization/reduction.  Candidate should possess at least the following skills:  - Technically updated with accounting compliance requirements covered in Companies Act 2013, Accounting Standards, SEBI.  - Strong analytical skills for financial ratio analysis and performance commentary.  - Process orientation and ability to get into details.  - Good presentation skills for designing profitability reports in SAP and preparing reporting decks for monthly management information system.'  QUALIFICATIONS:  Chartered Accountant - First Attempts only.
