Role: Head - Corporate Access
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Initiative Development:
- Define the multi-year corporate access roadmap, aligning to firm-wide Equity Research & Sales objectives.
- Identify white-space opportunities-new sectors, geographies, themes-for C-level dialogues and expert panels.
Champion innovation:
- Pilot digital roadshows, site visits and tailored investor roundtables.
Relationship Management & Channel Checks:
- Cultivate and expand a network of corporates, CFOs/CEOs, industry specialists, dealers & distributors.
- Source and coordinate on-the-ground channel checks, plant tours and expert calls.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work hand-in-glove with Equity Research analysts to tailor content, co-author sector primers and synthesize channel-check findings.
- Interface with Sales & Research teams to integrate corporate access offerings into pitchbooks, client meetings and digital platforms.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain a centralized CRM-backed pipeline of corporate engagements, client attendance, action items and feedback.
