What You'll Be Doing:

- Analyze financial data to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting

- Negotiate commercial terms with vendors, partners, and customers

- Manage contracts in collaboration with the legal team, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation

- Develop and implement financial strategies for optimized performance

- Identify and manage financial and commercial risks

- Ensure adherence to legal standards and financial regulations

- Offer commercial insights and financial guidance to drive business decisions

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on financial and commercial goals

What We're Looking For:

- 5-8 years of experience in finance, commercial strategy, or contract management

- Strong analytical and numerical skills

- Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen

- Basic legal knowledge (contract law, compliance, corporate law)

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred: CA, MBA-Finance, or equivalent certifications

Postgraduate degree in Finance, Law, or a related field
