Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Manager / AGM - Commercial Leasing & Business Development to drive leasing initiatives, expand client relationships, and generate new business opportunities in the Gurgaon commercial real estate market.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in office leasing, corporate real estate advisory, and business development, along with a strong network with Domestic and International Property Consultants (DPCs/IPCs).
Key Responsibilities:
Leasing & Client Management:
- Analyze client real estate portfolios and provide strategic leasing solutions aligned with their business requirements.
- Manage leasing of commercial and IT office spaces across the portfolio.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leasing opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
- Build and manage relationships with corporate occupiers, developers, and consultants.
Business Development:
- Drive new business generation in commercial real estate.
- Identify and convert new clients through pitches, presentations, and negotiations.
- Build strong partnerships with Domestic and International Property Consultants (DPCs/IPCs).
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Conduct market research and cash flow analysis to support leasing strategies.
- Track latest developments in the Gurgaon real estate market and identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at city-level industry events, networking forums, and real estate engagements.
Required Qualifications:
- MBA (Regular) from a reputed institute.
8-12 years of experience in:
- Commercial office leasing
- Real estate portfolio management
- Business development in commercial real estate
- Prior experience working with DPC/IPC firms, developers, or corporate occupiers.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Strong industry network in Gurgaon commercial real estate.
- Proven track record of closing leasing deals and achieving targets.
- Extroverted personality with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
