We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Business PM) to lead enterprise-level initiatives within the US Healthcare domain. This is an individual contributor role that involves working closely with senior leadership and Program Managers/Directors to drive end-to-end project execution. The ideal candidate will manage strategic projects, perform data-driven analysis, and ensure seamless stakeholder coordination to deliver impactful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Align business vision and objectives with projects across multiple departments.
2. Own end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, and delivery.
3. Establish and manage project/program governance frameworks.
4. Prepare and present progress updates, issue logs, and budget reports to Steering Committees.
6. Facilitate effective communication between leadership and project teams for smooth execution.
7. Manage cross-functional teams and ensure collaboration across departments.
8. Identify process improvements, eliminate redundancies, and implement best practices.
9. Perform data analysis, interpret insights, and prepare presentations for leadership.
10. Drive cost-saving initiatives and secure client approvals for implementation.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- Must have at least 10 to 18 years of experience in Project Management domain (non-technical).
- PMP Certification or equivalent project management training.
- Strong knowledge of US Healthcare Management and Insurance industry operations.
- Proven experience in Consulting/Business Development with project management expertise.
- Background as a Healthcare Business Analyst.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Independent working style with minimal supervision.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Expertise in problem management and resolution.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to analyze and visualize data, extract actionable insights, and share across teams.
