Job Title: AD/Senior Manager PMO.

Location: Bangalore.

Shift: 9 Am 6 PM IST.

Role Overview:

The Operations Leader will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project operations, ensuring optimal resource utilization, cost efficiency, timely billing, and effective coordination between delivery, finance, and leadership teams.

The role demands a proactive leader with strong analytical, operational, and stakeholder management skills to drive project performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight & Operations Management


- Oversee project operations across all phases to ensure seamless execution and delivery.


- Manage resource allocation and deallocation aligned with project demand and timelines.


- Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.

Efficiency & Performance Improvement


- Drive operational efficiency through continuous monitoring and planning.


- Develop dashboards and reports for performance tracking and proactive planning.


- Identify process gaps and implement improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

Financial Tracking & Cost Management


- Monitor project financials, including cost projections versus actuals.


- Track and report operating costs, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals.


- Drive cost optimization initiatives to improve project profitability.

Financial Governance & Reconciliation


- Ensure billing and contract renewals are completed accurately and on time.


- Maintain accurate records for audits and management reviews.

Stakeholder Management & Reporting


- Prepare and present operational and financial reports to senior management, highlighting current status, risks, and forecasts.


- Conduct regular cadence meetings with leadership and project stakeholders.

Issue Resolution & Risk Management


- Proactively identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.


- Primary escalation point for operational matters within the project and for timely resolution.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of project operations, financial governance, and resource management.


- Proficiency in project tracking tools and reporting dashboards.


- Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.


- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.


- Experience in driving cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.


- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving orientation.

Qualification & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).


- 10+ years of experience in project operations, resource planning, or delivery governance roles within IT/Professional Services industry.


- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-location projects.
