Founder's Office (Product & Operations Execution)

Role Overview

Work directly with the founders to convert priorities into action across the business. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role at the center of the company you'll drive execution across product, operations, credit, and customer experience, building the systems (SOPs, MIS, trackers) that keep a fast-moving lending business running with speed and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Work directly with the founders, who will assign priority tasks and connect with you regularly for execution and follow-ups.

- Convert business and product priorities into clear execution plans with owners, timelines, and dependencies.

- Drive end-to-end execution across onboarding, credit, documentation, disbursement, servicing, and collections handoffs.

- Identify process gaps, delays, and repeated errors; perform root-cause analysis and implement fixes.

- Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, and templates; ensure teams follow them on the ground.

- Build and track basic MIS and dashboards (TATs, drop-offs, approvals, exceptions, and customer issues).

- Act as the founders' extended arm across Operations, Credit/Risk, Tech, Sales, Customer Support, and Collections to unblock issues.

- Track execution risks across the business and drive closure.

- Gather customer and internal feedback and convert it into measurable improvements.

What we're Looking For

- 0-3 years experience in operations, product ops, fintech/NBFC, consulting, program execution, founder's office, or start-up roles.

- Strong ownership mind-set with ability to drive closure independently.

- Ability to diagnose problems using data and on-ground signals.

- Comfort with Excel / Google Sheets for trackers and MIS.

- Clear communicator with cross-functional coordination skills.

- High learning agility and customer-first mind-set.

Nice to Have

- Exposure to fintech / NBFC operations

- Basic understanding of lending workflows

- Familiarity with automation or AI tools for operations
