User Experience Enhancement: - Contribute to the optimization of designs as per standard UI/UX practices. - Focus on enhancing the overall user experience across products. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with marketing, finance, sales, and project teams to gather valuable insights. - Work with Tech, QA and support teams to ensure product quality and reliability. 4. Data-Informed Decision Making: - Utilise data analytics and user feedback to inform product decisions. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive product improvements. Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field. - Strong understanding of business strategy and critical thinking - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. - Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
