About the Role:
Formulate, Design and Implement the Organization Development and Human Resource policies, processes and systems pertaining to Training and Development, Performance and potential Development, Retention Management aligned to facilitate achievement of company's objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide inputs and feedback to the COO so as to facilitate design of appropriate policies and being abreast with the developments in the external environment.
- Goal Setting, performance review & feedback.
- Promotion or Career progression based on performance & role enhancement.
- Manage appraisal process of all the businesses under AIS and its Subsidaries.
- To ensure execution of online performance management system on HRMS.
- Merit based Reward & Recognition.
- Compensation Benchmarking with the market to reward & retain the best talent.
- To prepare compensation philosophy and ensure execution as per performance rating.
- Implementation on PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) of non performer cases.
- Planning and designing Training & Development intervention, projects, calendarise, execute, manage, monitor, evaluate, gap addressal.
- Behavioural Content Development and Programme Delivery.
- Creation and ensuring validation of behavioural Training modules.
- Organize for trainings and evaluate training effectiveness and efficiency of the overall development effort.
- Pre and Post assessment.
- Identify individual and team related behavioral training needs, set out a training and development plan and budget and ensure conduct of training to optimize the workforce.
- Build nurturing yet empowered organization culture and support and guide people through the change management process.
- Lead, Direct, Motivate and Develop the Human Resources team to ensure that the right level of service and support is provided to the people in the business.
Qualifications: MBA ( Full Time)
