Role: Product Trainer - Sales Position Overview: Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Trainer to join our sales team. As a Product Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to our sales staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness. Your primary objective will be to equip our sales team with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively promote and sell our products to customers. Responsibilities: 1. Develop Training Materials: Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, training manuals, and e-learning modules, to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and sales techniques. 2. Conduct Product Training: Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to sales personnel, both in-person and through virtual platforms, to ensure a thorough understanding of product specifications, competitive advantages, and sales strategies. 3. Sales Technique Enhancement: Identify areas for improvement in the sales process and develop training programs to enhance sales techniques, objection handling, customer engagement, and closing skills. 4. New Product Launch Training: Coordinate and conduct training sessions for the sales team when new products or updates are released, ensuring that they are well-versed in the features, benefits, and positioning of the products. 5. Sales Performance Evaluation: Collaborate with sales managers to assess the performance of sales representatives and identify training needs based on individual and team performance metrics. 6. Qualifications and Skills: - Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Proven experience as a Product Trainer or in a similar training role within a sales environment. - Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer engagement, and objection handling strategies. - Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to create engaging and interactive training content. - Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional design principles. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Flexibility to adapt training programs based on audience needs and feedback
