Key roles & responsibilities:

- Conduct extensive industry and market research and provide insights for informed investment decisions

- Regular monitoring of news and significant events w.r.t identified sectors, tracking and analyzing changes in regulations etc. and their impacts

- Analyze data from various sources such as financial statements, company reports, market trends to assist in investment decisions

- Coordinate due diligence activities for potential transactions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth closure of deals

- Building financial models, evaluating investment opportunities, preparing investment notes for Investment committees and working on deal closures

Eligibility criteria:

Upto 3 years of overall work experience in one of the following:

- Equity research roles

- Top-tier investment banks / transaction advisory firms with exposure to deals involving both Equity & Debt

- At least one year of experience in financial modelling, due diligence and project finance/M&A

- CA ranker or MBA from one of IIM A,B,C,L,K,I
