Aryakube Capital - Asset Management Analyst

Qualification: CA or MBA

Key Responsibilities:

- Understanding of portfolio company business

- Track portfolio company performance

- Monitor investment compliance and key financial metrics

- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly MIS reports for management and stakeholders

- Track fund flows, capital deployment, and cash balances

- Highlight underperformance or deviations to Fund management team

- Oversee daily operations of Portfolio Companies

- Ensure adherence to internal investment guidelines and regulatory requirements

- Maintain complete documentation for all investments and transactions

- Assist in execution and documentation of new investments

- Provide operational support during investment evaluation and due diligence

- Maintain investment trackers, data rooms, and dashboards

Skills:

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS/reporting tools

- At least 1-2 years experience in business analysis & MIS role
