The Role :
We are looking for a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to support strategic enterprise sales cycles and help drive large, high-value customer engagements.
This is a senior, customer-facing role focused on enterprise deal support, technical sales, RFP responses, customer liaison, and architecture guidance. You will work closely with sales leadership, product teams, researchers, and engineers to help large customers understand how Lexsi fits into their AI strategy, governance requirements, and technology landscape.
You will be the technical anchor in major sales conversations. You will help customers evaluate Lexsis platform, respond to technical and regulatory questions, guide architecture discussions, and support the sales team through complex enterprise buying processes.
This is not a delivery or implementation role. It is a strategic pre-sales role focused on helping win and expand large enterprise accounts.
What You'll Do :
- You will support major enterprise sales opportunities across Europe, the Middle East, and South Asia, working with banks, insurers, financial institutions, and other large organizations.
- You will act as a key liaison between customers and Lexsis internal teams, ensuring that customer requirements are clearly understood, accurately represented, and translated into the right technical and commercial narrative.
- You will lead and support technical sections of RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, regulatory questionnaires, proposals, and enterprise evaluation processes.
- You will guide customers through Lexsis platform architecture, deployment options, integration patterns, governance capabilities, explainability features, and model-agnostic approach.
- You will participate in executive meetings, technical workshops, product demonstrations, and deal discussions, helping customers understand how Lexsi can support AI governance, auditability, compliance, sovereignty, and production readiness.
- You will work with sales teams to shape account strategy, identify technical blockers, respond to objections, and build confidence with senior stakeholders across AI, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Business teams.
- You will coordinate with research, product, engineering, and delivery teams when deeper expertise is required, while keeping ownership of the customer-facing technical sales process.
- You will help create and maintain reusable sales assets, including architecture slides, RFP response libraries, solution notes, demo narratives, objection-handling material, and customer-facing technical documentation.
Who You Are :
- You have experience in enterprise pre-sales, solution engineering, technical sales, solution consulting, or enterprise technology advisory roles.
- You understand how large organizations evaluate and buy complex technology. You are comfortable working across long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, formal procurement processes, RFPs, technical evaluations, and executive-level conversations.
- You have enough understanding of AI, machine learning, cloud platforms, data systems, or enterprise software to guide credible technical discussions, but your strength is not just technical depth. Your strength is translating technology into business value, risk reduction, governance confidence, and enterprise readiness.
- You are comfortable discussing topics such as AI governance, explainability, model deployment, data privacy, security, integration, compliance, and enterprise architecture at the right level for different audiences.
- You can speak with technical teams, but you can also simplify the message for CXOs, business sponsors, risk leaders, and procurement stakeholders.
- You write well, present clearly, and know how to create structured responses for large enterprise opportunities. You are organized, commercially aware, and able to keep complex deal processes moving.
- You enjoy being close to customers, close to revenue, and close to the strategic conversations that shape enterprise adoption.
