Senior Product Manager - Gold Loans

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of our Gold Loan products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in secured lending, product management, regulatory compliance, and digital lending solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business, credit, risk, operations, technology, and marketing teams to deliver customer-centric, scalable, and profitable lending products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and product strategy to launch, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

- Develop and execute the product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

- Gather business requirements and prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.

- Collaborate with technology teams to build and enhance digital lending capabilities.

- Analyze customer journeys to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.

- Monitor key product metrics such as disbursement volumes, yield, portfolio quality, NPAs, and customer acquisition.

- Work closely with Credit, Risk, Operations, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure regulatory adherence.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities and industry trends.

- Support go-to-market strategies, product launches, and commercial initiatives.

- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives across the lending journey.

- Manage external vendors, technology partners, and third-party service providers.

- Present product performance, business cases, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
