Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager / Project Coordinator to work closely with the Founder Director in managing and executing high-impact projects across various functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in initiating and managing projects from scratch, possess a strong understanding of project lifecycle management, and be proficient with leading project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with the Founder Director to plan, initiate, and execute strategic and operational projects across departments.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Create detailed project plans and workflows using tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Track project progress and performance; report status, risks, and updates regularly to the Founder Director.
- Anticipate and mitigate potential roadblocks and proactively manage project risks.
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables within budget and scope.
- Maintain documentation for all stages of the project lifecycle, including meeting notes, project timelines, and post-project evaluations.
- Serve as the single point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders involved in project execution.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in project management or coordination roles.
- Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to successful delivery.
- Proficient in using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and high levels of responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certifications.
- Experience working directly with founders, CXOs, or executive leadership.
- Exposure to tech-driven or startup environments.
