Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Transmission Line Towers (TLT) projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in planning, executing, and completing transmission line projects, managing contractors, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with technical and statutory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project execution for Transmission Line Tower projects (survey, foundation, erection, stringing).

- Prepare project schedules, budgets, material plans, and resource allocations.

- Oversee contractor management, site teams, and ensure on-time project delivery.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government bodies for clearances & approvals.

- Monitor project progress through site visits, MIS reporting, and milestone tracking.

- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards at all stages.

- Manage BOQs, tender evaluations, project documentation, and billing activities.

- Identify risks/delays and implement mitigation plans.

- Ensure compliance with Indian Electricity Rules, IS/IEC standards, and company norms.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in Transmission Line Tower (TLT) / Power Transmission projects.

- Strong knowledge of survey, foundation, erection, and stringing methodologies.

- Hands-on experience working with EPC contractors, utilities, or power companies.

- Excellent project planning, team leadership, and vendor management skills.

- Strong understanding of quality, safety, and statutory requirements in T&D sector.

- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera preferred.

- B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Civil Engineering (preferred).
