Arunachala Logistics - Plant Manager - Ready Mix Concrete

Job Description:

We are looking for a Plant Manager to oversee the full operations of our Ready Mix Concrete Plant located in Mahbubnagar, Telangana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee and monitor the complete operations of the Ready Mix Concrete Plant.

- Manage customer sites efficiently and ensure timely coordination.

- Maintain effective communication with customers to understand and fulfill requirements.

- Plan production schedules to meet daily and project-based targets.

- Conduct material planning to ensure uninterrupted supply for production needs.

- Implement and maintain quality control measures across all plant operations.

- Perform testing of raw materials to ensure quality compliance.

- Conduct internal mix design trials to optimize performance and consistency.

- Handle logistics management including dispatch, delivery, and inventory tracking.

- Operate and maintain records using Basic SAP knowledge.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in Ready Mix Concrete plants and construction-related activities.

- Candidates with lesser experience may be considered for an Executive level position.

- Language Requirement: Proficiency in Telugu is essential.
