Artsana Group - Key Account Manager - Quick Commerce

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create and manage Cataloging and listings on website & e-commerce portals (Quick Comm)

- Update Product Data / specifications / Images.

- Create & manage individual and bulk listings

- Look after entire listing process, cataloging, & pricing

- Monitor & opt-in promotional activities at Marketplaces (Quick Comm platforms like- Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc)

- Process orders

- Maintain and grow relations with current online sales channels.

- Responsible for promoting products of in house brand of the company on retail marketplaces.

- Coordinating with the courier for Return parcels

- Handle customer queries regarding orders placed, returns and service, warranty related issues.

- Prepare Sales Report in Excel

- Prepare stock replenish reports basis sales throughput and stock on hand.

- Provide MIS reports sales & inventory
