This is a strategic role focused on identifying, engaging, and onboarding top-tier talent in highly specialized domains from regional sales managers to high-touch business development professionals. Key Responsibilities End-to-end recruitment for non-technical, client-facing, and sales-related roles - Source and assess candidates using job portals, networks, and creative sourcing techniques - Partner closely with business leaders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche profiles - Schedule, coordinate, and conduct interviews across multiple levels - Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle - Maintain hiring dashboards and provide weekly/monthly reporting on progress - Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives - Ability to handle volume as well as specialized hiring needs Ideal Candidate Profile - 36 years of hands-on recruitment experience, with a focus on non-tech and sales hiring - Proven success in hiring niche profiles, especially in sectors like luxury interiors, real estate, FMCG, or high-end consumer sales - Strong understanding of candidate profiling, sourcing strategies, and closing techniques - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment - Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills - Experience in using LinkedIn, Naukri, and ATS/HRMS platforms - Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and result orientation Good to Have - Exposure to hiring in interior, architecture, real estate, or premium product industries - Understanding of regional markets and multi-location hiring dynamics - Ability to handle volume as well as specialized hiring needs
