We're looking for a highly driven Regional Sales Manager to join our growth journey at Artius. This is an individual contributor client-facing, leadership role requiring strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, architects, and design professionals.
You will play a critical role in building the territory from the ground up and expanding the team , with the opportunity to shape a new vertical in a premium design-led business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead regional sales for our high-value, design-led architectural product line
- Engage and manage a portfolio of HNI/UHNI clients
- Build and nurture a strong network of architects, designers, developers, and influencers
- Strategize and execute market penetration plans across assigned territories
- Identify new business opportunities and set up region-specific sales processes
- Own end-to-end client interactions - from pitch to closure and relationship management
- Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align growth efforts
- Bring a founder's mindset to build the region from scratch
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 8-15 years of experience in luxury real estate, design-centric sales, or building materials/products
- Proven track record of selling to HNIs/UHNIs and working closely with architects/design consultants
- Strong understanding of sales dynamics in the real estate, interiors, or architectural products space
- Ability to grasp technical aspects of premium product offerings quickly
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and territory management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, and execution-oriented
